A recommendation before it starts

With each addition and removal of an element, the gross price of the loop for a purchase of 1 piece is displayed. This allows for a quick budget check and the loop can be modified. Depending on the quantity, a discount is calculated on the way to the checkout and immediately deducted from the invoice amount.

If you want to change only one or a few elements of the configured loop in a placement series, place the first loop in the shopping cart and then return to the configurator. You can now change the placement colors in the affected elements without having to completely reconfigure the loop.

And now have fun designing

rosetts

Create your rosette from back/bottom to front/top. First, decide whether you want to finish the loop with a “Base.” The Base gives the loops a visual finish and secures all elements of the loop. With the Bigbase (O 195mm), you create our largest loops. You should choose this element if you want to use double loops in combination with large stars or many elements (>= 8 / 12). The MidBase is suitable for loops (O165mm) with fewer (<= 6 /8) elements. If you choose both bases as a double rosette, pay attention to the visibility of the elements. Sometimes "Less" is more.

Whether you choose 6, 8 or 12 elements, flowers or stars in combination with loops, it's best to test on a large monitor. Only when you like the design of the rosette should you finalize the colors of the elements and the ribbons.

ribbons

Depending on the design, you can specify width, length, and quantity.

The ribbons are arranged towards the center (VIP-mounted). The colors are defined from the outside - left over outside - right to the center. Also here, the metallic ribbons and the middle ribbon are not printable if another VIP ribbon is to be mounted.

Graphic prints (company logos) and frequently changing texts (Excel) should be attached to the order or sent in a separate email.

The centers can be printed in various printing techniques (embossed print, sublimation printing, transfer printing, . . .) and on different materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal). Under the "button FAG," techniques and their applications are described in more detail.
